How network confirmations work

Why deposits and withdrawals take a few minutes to settle.

When you send crypto, the network must record it in blocks and confirm it. Each new block on top adds a "confirmation".

Coinwaka waits for a safe number of confirmations before crediting a deposit, so the funds can't be reversed. Busy networks or low fees can make this slower. This is normal — your funds appear once enough confirmations are reached.
