How to avoid fake support agents

Fake "support" is one of the most common scams. Protect yourself with a few rules:
- Coinwaka support will never message you first on WhatsApp, Telegram, X, or by phone.
- We will never ask for your password, 2FA code, PIN, recovery codes, or seed phrase.
- We will never ask you to "verify" by sending crypto or approving a prompt.
- Only use support through official Coinwaka channels you navigate to yourself.
If anyone contacts you claiming to be Coinwaka and asks for any of the above, it's a scam. Stop and report it.
