Referral Program Terms

Who can take part

Referrals are open to Coinwaka account holders in good standing. Both the referrer and the referred person must be real, distinct people using their own verified identities. Rewards that require identity verification or a funded action are only credited once those conditions are met.

How rewards work

You earn a referral reward when someone signs up through your link or code and completes the qualifying action stated at the time of the campaign (for example, completing verification or a first funded buy). The reward type, amount, and qualifying action are shown in the referral surface and may differ between campaigns.

Rewards are credited after the qualifying action is confirmed and any anti-abuse checks have cleared. Some rewards are held until the referred account has been active for a short period.

• Rewards are not cash and may be points, vouchers, or crypto credit as stated in the campaign.
• Internal points and XP are non-convertible and have no cash value.
• Per-user and per-campaign caps may apply.

Anti-fraud and abuse rules

The program rewards genuine referrals. The following will void rewards and may lead to account action:

• Self-referrals, or referring accounts you also control.
• Creating fake, duplicate, or synthetic accounts to farm rewards.
• Sharing links through spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized advertising.
• Collusion, automation, or any scheme designed to manufacture qualifying actions.

Reversal, changes, and forfeiture

We may withhold, reverse, or forfeit rewards we reasonably believe were earned in breach of these terms, including clawing back rewards already credited. We may change, pause, or end the program, or adjust reward values and qualifying actions, at any time. Where a referred transaction is refunded or reversed, the related reward may be reversed too.
